Integrated Control Center of Huaxia Special Steel

In 2020, the company undertook the EPC general contracting of technical transformation project of Ningxia Huaxia Special Steel Co., Ltd. which transforms 6x30000kVA closed high-carbon ferrochrome furnace into silicomanganese furnace.

The picture on right is the real scene of the integrated control center for 6 silicomanganese furnaces.The system was designed with a variety of advanced technologies such as monitoring, communication,automatic control, display, big data, data analysis, and intelligent simulation calculation etc. After being put into operation, it has outstanding performance and has been highly appreciated by the user. This created favorable conditions for the company to successfully win the bid for the new project - the second-stage 6x33000kVA closed manganese-silicon alloy submerged arc furnace and refning furnace as well as supporting equipment of Huaxia Company.
